Kakona & Kwotek Advocates is a Ugandan commercial law firm established in 2013 by Kakona Joel Geoffrey and Kwotek Geoffrey. The firm was founded with a commitment to providing practical, responsive and commercially focused legal services to businesses, institutions, investors and individuals. Kakona Joel Geoffrey (Managing Partner)
Kakona Joel Geoffrey is the managing partner of the firm, a co-founding partner of Kakona & Kwotek Advocates. He has worked with many law firms in the country rising up to the rank of partner before moving on to Kakona & Kwotek Advocates with his current partner Kwotek Geoffrey.
Joel is in charge of general litigation in the chamber leading a very aggressive team of Advocates with an edge of excellence and quality service delivery. Joel also serves as a lecturer at Kampala International University..
Kwotek Geoffrey (Partner & Finance Manager)
Kwotek Geoffrey is a co-founding partner of Kakona & Kwotek Advocates. Geoffrey is a widely trained advocate having vast experience in both civil and criminal litigation which he attained from the so many years he worked in the civil service with the Ministry of Internal Affairs before returning to private practice.
